At least lets do question 1. We dont need the case to do that.

Ok since we can't seem to find any info about our case, let's at least do question 1.
I think it is important to first of all
-work as a team
-be very clear and have good communication
-everyone participate and do their part
-work together to solve any issues that may arrise.

These are just a few ideas from me on the establish and discuss criteria question.
This is the number I signed up to do, but it says we all need to participate, so I guess if yall dont want to make any new criteria you can agree or disagree with my order of importance and then we can correctly evaluate and arrange them in an order we all agree with.
